Start with excelerate Set off immediately and create new learning worlds!  

You will receive an email from your administrator with a link. When you click on it, you will be taken directly to the registration form. Your email address is already saved here. Enter your name and set your individual password. Make sure to adhere to the security criteria. Then click register and you can get started right away.  

In the future, you will always log in with your email and password. Customize your account and upload a personal profile picture. Your dashboard is your central hub for statistics as well as helpful info about your WBTs. You will find out exactly what those are in the chapter on the dashboard.  

Step-by-step guide #

Filter your WBTs, templates, or media by categories respectively.

Click on „Edit“ and create or edit categories on all three available levels.

Click the plus icon to create a new top-level category.

How to edit the settings of a new category #

Name the new category.

Assign teams as needed.

Click Create.

How to create a second-level subcategory #

Click the plus to create a subcategory, which is on the second level.

Name the new subcategory. It remains in the same teams as its parent category.

Click Create.

How to create a third-level subcategory #

Click on the plus sign within the subcategory frame to create another third-level category.

Name the new subcategory. It will automatically remain assigned to the same teams as the parent category.

Click Create.

How to subsequently edit the category settings #

Use the pencil icon to edit the category title at the respective level.

Click the trash can and then confirm to permanently delete a category.

How to assign categories to your WBTs, media, and templates. #

Categorize WBTs #

Find your WBT in the WBT List. Click on the settings of your WBT. Then select in the options box the Category. 

Categorize media #

Find your media in the media library. Click on Edit Then select in the option box Category.

Categorize templates #

Find your template in the Template list. Click on Settings. Then select the category in the option box.
